How much should you charge per month?
Most coaches set fees by copying the academy down the road. That works until rent goes up or a batch shrinks. A fair fee starts from your own costs: what you pay coaches, what the courts cost, and the balls, gear and travel that add up every month.
The calculator adds those monthly costs and divides them by the number of players to give your break-even fee, the least each player must pay for you not to lose money. It then adds the profit you want as a share of the fee and rounds up to the nearest ₹50, so the number is easy to quote to parents.
