Academy scorecard

How do players know their session time?

Answer the questions to see your score.

What the scorecard measures

Good coaching keeps players. Good systems keep an academy growing. The scorecard looks at the systems: how you run the schedule, collect fees, look after players and parents, and bring in new players.

There are 10 questions in four groups. Schedule covers how players learn their session times and whether courts get double-booked. Fees covers how you collect them, how many players pay late and whether you send proper receipts. Players covers attendance, progress updates for parents and practice notes. Growth covers how new players find you and whether you run events.

Each answer scores 0, 1 or 2 points. Your total is shown out of 100, with a score for each group so you can see where you are strong. The three lowest answers become your fixes, each linked to the feature that solves it.

A score of 80 or more is a pro-level academy. Between 50 and 80 there are easy wins left. Below 50, time and money are leaking every month. Retake it after a few months to see how far you have come.
