The hidden cost of running an academy on WhatsApp
Sports academy management in India still runs on WhatsApp groups, notebooks and memory. Each message about a changed session or a missed payment takes a minute or two, and those minutes add up to whole days every month.
Enter how many players you have, the minutes you spend each day on WhatsApp and schedules, the hours each month you spend chasing fees, and what an hour of your time is worth. The calculator turns this into hours lost every month and their value in rupees.
It then compares that with the Instring plan that fits your size, taken from our current published pricing: Solo coach while your players fit its student limit, Academy above that. We assume software gives back about 70% of that time, through one shared calendar, automatic fee reminders and receipts, and attendance on the phone. The return on plan shows how many times over the plan pays for itself.
Even at a modest hourly value, most academies with more than 30 players get several times their money back.
