Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to Quantloop Technologies Private Limited (“Instring”, “we”) for Instring subscriptions and Instring gear. Court bookings are paid to the venue, not to Instring (see section 3).
1. Instring subscriptions (academies and solo coaches)
- Free trial: new accounts get a free trial. No payment is taken during the trial, so nothing needs to be refunded.
- Cancelling: you can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
- Refunds: subscription fees already paid are not refundable, including for partly used months or years, except:
- if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, we will refund the extra charge in full;
- if Instring was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row due to a fault on our side, you can ask for a refund for that period;
- where the law requires a refund.
- Yearly plans: if you cancel a yearly plan within 7 days of the first payment and have not used paid features, you can ask for a full refund.
- How to ask: email support@instring.co.in with your academy name and payment ID within 30 days of the charge.
2. Instring gear (pickleballs, paddles, dry-fit tees)
- Cancelling an order: you can cancel before it is shipped or handed over. We refund the full amount.
- Returns: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. T-shirts must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including delivery charges.
- Not returnable: used balls or paddles, worn or washed clothing, and items on clearance sale.
- Return shipping: free if the item was damaged or wrong; otherwise paid by the customer.
3. Court bookings
Court bookings made on Instring are paid directly to the venue at the venue. Instring does not collect this money and charges players no booking fee. Cancellation and refund rules for a booking are set by each venue and shown on the venue page before you book. For any refund on a court booking, please contact the venue.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
