No. Everything is on the web. Players book on instring.co.in from any phone or laptop, without installing anything. You manage bookings in your venue panel in any browser, and you can add it to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
Every Thursday, for bookings from Monday to Sunday of the previous week, straight to your bank with a detailed report.
Yes. Players pay by UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets through Razorpay. You don't need your own gateway.

Choose full payment or an advance when you set up your court. If a player cancels late or doesn't come, the money stays yours as per your cancellation rule. Players with repeated no-shows must pay in advance at every venue.
Yes. Pick free cancellation up to 2 h, 24 h, any time or none. Refunds go back to the player automatically.
Yes. Every booking gets an emailed receipt, and players can add their GST number at checkout. If your venue is GST-registered, add your GSTIN and invoices carry it.
Yes. Keep some courts members-only and open the rest to the public, or use memberships and monthly passes on Courts Pro.
Yes. Create a tournament with entry fees and registrations, and we promote it to players in your city.
Players book, cancel and get refunds themselves on instring.co.in, and you see every change live in your venue panel. For anything else, our support team helps players on WhatsApp and email, so you don't get calls.
No. Instring Courts is separate. If you also run coaching, try the Academy plan free for 30 days any time.
